Combustable Bread?

Yesterday, my mom bought these flat bread wraps, so I decided to try one with hummus for breakfast this morning. After I put it in the toaster oven to warm it up, I was reading the bag and it says warning: to avoid possible fire, do not use toaster oven. oops. I was curious as to whether the bread would just burst into flames or start smoking, so I left it in. But nothing extraordinary happened, it just got toasty.
